公司主要彩板规格：厚度0.1—0.12mm、宽度600—1250mm; 机组速度：150m／min; 涂覆层种类包括：聚酯、硅改性聚酯、聚氨酯、偏聚氟乙烯、高聚酯、环氧树脂、丙烯酸等。该生产线具备满足生产建筑板、家电板等中高档产品的能力。该线采用两涂两烘生产工艺，工序完整，烘干炉采用电加热直式热风循环系统。

Main specifications of color plates of the company: thickness of 0.1-0.12mm, width of 600-1250mm; unit speed: 150m/min; the types of coating include polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, superpolyester, epoxy resin, acrylic acid, etc. The production line is able to produce medium and high grade products, such as plates for building and household appliances. The production line adopts a two-coat-and-two-baking process, and the process is complete， the drying oven applies the electric heating direct hot air circulation system.
